Please be aware that some deliveries are taking longer than usual as a result of the global pandemic. Royal Mail have requested that we wait for two weeks from the date of despatch before we chase a delayed delivery.

Delivery Charges

UK (excluding cot brackets, rompers and cot mobiles) - Delivery charges are based on basket value and are calculated for you at checkout, these are:

• £0.00 - £24.99 = £1.00
• £25 and over = Free delivery on your entire order.

Cot Brackets, rompers and cot mobiles are charged a flat rate of £2.82 for standard delivery or this can be upgraded in checkout for express delivery which is £3.32. If your order value exceeds £25 you will receive free delivery on your entire order.

All of our products are stocked in Eastbourne, UK and we aim to process orders within 48 hours of receiving them. We dispatch 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday.

You will be notified when your order has been shipped and if there are any delays we will contact you via email. 

United Kingdom Delivery Times

We use a variety of shipping methods to get your order to you and these are mainly Royal Mail, Hermes, Yodel. Our number one aim is to provide a quick service and get your products to you as quick as we can.

European Union 

We ship to the EU! If you want to know how much your postage will cost, simply add everything to your basket and go to checkout. The cost will be calculated here. If you think something doesn't seem quite right, send us a message and we will check it for you.
