Standard UK delivery is free on every order. Express delivery is available at checkout for an extra charge, and the cost is shown before you pay.

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Delivery time starts once your parcel has been sent. Express orders are prioritised for dispatch.

For delivery before Christmas, order by Monday 14 December for free standard UK delivery, or by Wednesday 16 December for Express.

We choose the best service for each parcel, which may be Royal Mail, Evri, InPost or another suitable provider. Tracking information is provided where available.

We're an online business based in Nottinghamshire, so all orders are sent by post or courier and collection isn't available.

Products marked as pre-order aren't available for immediate dispatch. The expected timeframe is shown on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it will normally be sent together once everything is available.

Yes! Just enter the recipient's delivery address at checkout. You can add a gift message in your basket, in the box marked "Is this order a gift?", and we'll include it with the parcel.

We use recyclable or recycled packaging wherever possible, and our postage labels and gift messages are printed using eco-friendly ink.

Yes, our personalised embroidered comforters. Type the name exactly as you'd like it to appear in the "Name to embroider" box on the product page before adding it to your basket.

Our muslin squares and large swaddles are our most popular baby shower gifts. They're useful every day and come in lots of prints, including dog breeds, animals, florals and seasonal designs. Mix and match a bundle, or pair a swaddle with a matching muslin square.

Muslin squares are 60cm x 60cm, a handy size for the changing bag. Large swaddles are 120cm x 120cm, big enough for swaddling, tummy time, buggy shade and cuddles.

Our muslins and swaddles are made from super soft cotton muslin, which is soft, breathable and gentle on delicate skin.

Machine wash at 30°C. Do not tumble dry. Can be ironed on a low heat.

Mix any prints: 3 muslin squares for £25, 5 for £40, or 2 large swaddles for £40, with extra swaddles just £15 each. The bundle price is applied automatically in your basket. Use our Pick Your Own Muslins and Pick Your Own Swaddles pages to choose.

Discount codes can't be combined with our bundle prices or with each other. Your basket will apply whichever single offer is best for you.

Yes. You have 30 days from receiving your order to contact us about a return. Items should be unused and in their original condition. Please email us before sending anything back so we can give you the returns address. Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is your responsibility. This doesn't affect your statutory rights. See our full returns policy.
